网站最近早晚各有两个小时不能正常访问，怎么解决，急！

网站安装的是zencart 1.3.9F，最近早晚各有两个小时不能正常访问，一开始bluehost客服说是不是其它scripts有问题，我把所有其他的scripts都卸载了，只保留zencart。但还是不行，问题仍在，bluehost客服给的答复是“currently I can't replicate any slowing. Your site is running fast for me right now. It's to be expected to have some fluctuations in speed in a shared hosting environment, but right now I am not seeing anything significant. We do use cpu throttling if your sites are using more than 50% of one cpu core which can cause slowing but the amount of throttling on your account is only 17 seconds in the last 24 hours which is really not significant. Make sure all applications are up to date and you can also check your ~/tmp/mysql_slow_queries log and disable any third party plugins,components or modules to help with speed. Also enabling some kind of static file caching is also recommended which can speed up the site, as well as reduce cpu usage and mysql usage making your sites less likely to be throttled as well.” 但实际上访问网站早晚各有两个小时左右不能正常访问。这严重影响了网站的客流。请教解决方案。
