Until an account is verified, certain account functions are not active, such as:
- transferring domains
- making purchases (such as domains, SSL's or other items).

A) If you are located in the US or Canada:
- You may call the number below and choose option 4 and verify your account over the phone
- remember to call from one of the contact numbers listed on your account

B) If you are international, or if you are US or Canada and do NOT want to call in please provide all of the following for verification:

1) If you paid with a credit card:
- A Clear image of the front and back of the credit card used to purchase the hosting account.
- You may black out all but the last four digits on the front of the credit card and the CVV code on the back of the card.
- Do NOT black out anything else on the card.
- the last four characters of the control panel password.

2) If you paid using Paypal:
- attach a government issued photo ID of the Paypal account holder's passport or drivers license
- the Email address of the "paypal account"
- the seven (7) digit invoice number from the Paypal "payment" (Not the transaction ID)
- the last four characters of the control panel password.

你什么方式购买的，应该是你提供的信息有问题。如果是信用卡那么要提供信用卡的正反两面扫描件，可以把信用卡的密码覆盖只留后面4位；
如果是用paypal支付提供身份证扫描件，和paypal交易账号。

开心 ，信用卡的正反两面，正面的卡号保留最后四位数是吧？
背面的呢，背面的那个卡有个三位数的要保留还是给删了
