关于google相关域名的律师函

我注册了google相关的域名，一个org一个net，这几天Fenwick & West LLP律师事务所MEREDITH M. PAVIA给我了几封邮件，说我.org的域名注册的域名违反了google的商标权，要求我停止该域名的使用，我本来是个空页面，放了google搜索，没其他内容，那么，马上删除了页面，另外一个.net的估计还没被发现。

结果MEREDITH又给我一封信，原文如下：
Thank you for your response.

We appreciate your enthusiasm for Google!  However, we cannot allow others to register/use domain names that include the famous GOOGLE trademark.  We must reiterate our request that you transfer the domain name to Google.  You can do so by asking your registrar to unlock the domain name and provide an authorization code.  Once you forward the code to us, we can initiate the transfer.

是不是说我只能把这个域名转让给google？是有偿还是无偿呢？
我把该域名锁定停止使用也不能解决吗？

请经验丰富的前辈解答一下，谢谢！

下面是第一封邮件中附件中的部分内容，一并贴出来：
1. Immediately discontinue any and all use of the Domain Name;

2. Take immediate steps to transfer the Domain Name to Google;

3. Identify and agree to transfer to Google any other domain names registered by you that
contain GOOGLE or are confusingly similar to the GOOGLE mark; and

4. Immediately and permanently refrain from any use of the term GOOGLE, the GOOGLE logo
or any variation thereof that is likely to cause confusion or dilution.

域名以google开头。
是没说要给钱，不过，给不给钱问题也不大，毕竟这属于人家的权利。
只是想知道这种事的一般处理方法和程序，是头一次遇到。还有，我提供了转移代码，怎么样才能确认这个域名是转给了Google，而不是第三方？

最好给别人，
语言很强硬，不可能给你钱的。

否则，至少别人联系域名商，比如godaddy就会强制没收你的域名，甚至封你号。

顺便请教一下，在name.com中，禁止该域名的使用是哪一项？就是锁定或冻结的意思吧。

禁止，冻结不是你能操作的吧，没有这个操作。
