We can certainly cancel your account. The refund will take 3-5 days to post back to you. Cancellations are now strictly handled by our Billing Department, whom you'll need to contact via phone or e-mail billing@hostmonster.com. They will need your domain name and either the password or the last four digits of the credit card on account as verification.
