关于添加域名的问题

我的域名是很早以前添加上的，前几天我把它删除了想重新绑定一个目录，但我怎么也绑定不上了，而且其他的域名也绑定不上了，我的域名都指向了ns1.hostmonster.com ns2.hostmonster.com 一直不成功，这是怎么回事呢？
再问一下，如果想要让客服解决这个问题的话，应该怎样提问呢，怎样写呢，谢谢

我的所有cn域名都不能自己添加，什么原因呢！！都指向了hm,就是添加不了

是的，现在添加 .cn 域名都不成功。
当出现那个错误提示后，你直接submit a ticket below。点击下面的button，提交ticket就可以了。
然后他们就会马上处理。

不能添加.cn域名，我怀疑是因为hm的服务器需要查询whois.cnnic.net.cn。如果你的服务器被国内封过，就查询不鸟了 。

有道理,我提交给hm了,不知道能解决不能,我用的独立ip ,在共享ip  被封之前可以添加,现在不能了
