I apologize for the confusion.

As it looks the accounts were voided and we did not receive payment through stratocash. Therefor a refund wont be issue.

其实空间商都是一样黑的不管中国美国的

我的是这样的:

The Stratocash payment method sometimes takes a little longer for the payment to get pushed rather than the other ones. As soon as we receive notification of your payment though we will continue the verification process and get you setup.

不容易啊

我先是在上面买的windows的，没用好，后来另外买了一个LUNIX的主机就是BASIC方案。
email说windows主机已经退了，款也退了，不过钱我还没首道，我用信用卡付的，email说转帐要点时间。

我要的玉米现在还绑在windows的帐户上，说是20号给我关闭，此刻还没开。
我还是相信他们能给我弄好，但却要费我时间，我的计划已经推迟一个多星期了，有点着急

对于退款，我建议在网上10点以后给Billing发EMAIL和TICKET，这样回的快。
尽管我也不认为白天发billing他们收不到，但是我晚上发的他们回了，前两天白天发的都没回我。
