网站被封掉，打算购买独立Ip，麻烦有清楚的朋友指导下

我的网站是放在zelus的那台服务器上，很遗憾，网通和电信都访问不了了，痛定思痛，决定购买一个独立ip


俺没有信用卡，只有招行的一卡通，basic plans 就是通过一卡通网上支付的。
看了以前的帖子，好像是如果有信用卡可以直接通过控制面板直接购买，否则等联系销售部门

方式好像就是像常见的网上支付，通过一个链接，然后进入网银，交钱。这个我比较明白

另外这次lp并没有按照我虚拟主机的剩余时间给我算独立ip的钱，他们直接让我交了一年的钱。
