[提问] 回信了,但是看不懂,版主帮下忙

觉得IX不太适合自己。申请了退款。现在收到了回信了,但是不明白是什么意思。感觉是他们回复说问题解决了,然后就这样了,不退款。我感觉他回信的意思是这样说的。
可是我已经打算退款不再继续使用它们的服务器啊。

而且那个Ticket那里又多出了一个Ticket了(1254820)。

这个是自动发送的邮件,你到ticket 中看回复.,也就是邮件中所说的.
看了一下,大致的意思 是你说的原因,他们的管理员已经解决了,他们已经关了导致这个的账户..

也就是说没有给你转到退款部门,你可以继续回复那个ticket,确定要求退款.
