但是手机收到信用卡的付费通知,请问这到底成功了没有 ?  

第一次购买也是信用卡,成功的.续费就遇到这情况.信用卡扣钱了,但是 没续费成功.请问这怎么解决 ?  英文怎么写.VPS今天就到期,

以为哪里没弄好,点了三次, 信用卡 扣了三次 .哎. ....

Hello,

I truly apologize for the inconvenience. I wanted to take a moment and explain to you how BurstNET credit card transactions occur, and where money lies right now:

When our gateway system tries to process your credit card, it takes the charge card number and address information you gave us in your profile at service.burst.net, and sends the charge out to your bank.

Your bank accepted our request for money and moved the money out of your account, and told our gateway \\"OK\\". It also sends back the address it has on file.

Our AVS (Address Verification System) is very precise (It needs to be to avoid identity theft), and found a discrepancy with the address we had on file, and the address your bank sent back. Our gateway responded \\"thanks but no thanks\\" to your bank and we never received the payment.

Remember, however, that your bank okayed the transaction and removed the funds from your account. The money is literally still in your bank.

American banks release the funds back into your account usually between 24-72 hours. Other countries can take as long as 30 days.

But let there be no doubt: We do not have any payment from you yet. We can manually work with our gateway and attempt the payment(s) again. You can either have us do it now, or wait until the funds release back into your account. Your choice, but after 5 days of non payment, your server(s)/service(s) will be suspended.

If you live in North America, you may also wish to check your account details and verify the name and address info is correct and matches with your bank's data.

I have also supplied your service with an extension until the 26th so that you have time to contact your bank and have them release the holds. I can charge your card manually with your permission so that I can bypass the AVS.

一般情况你的帐户可以开通。
至于信用卡3次被扣款，可以联系你的银行了解更详细情况。我个人认为，这个钱是会退回来的，问题不大。

另外我建议国内的信用卡用户不要使用信用卡直接网上购物，最好通过第三方，比如PayPal.

国外的信用卡公司只要卡主人不同意付款，被扣的款都是可以退回来的，风险由商户和银行承担。国内的都由卡主人承担了。

这也是为什么国外付款都不用密码的原因之一。他们的信用体系好。他们银行和商户和持卡人责任也明确。
