买了独立ip后的大问题

我的网站程序是正常的，可原先的我所在的服务器让封了，于是就买了一个独立的IP：74.50.21.183,但是我访问http://74.50.21.183居然不可以打开我的网站，显示

   Name                   Last modified    Size  Description

[DIR] Parent Directory       31-Aug-2007 10:19    -
[DIR] cgi-bin/             22-Jul-2007 17:18    -

Apache/1.3.37 Server at 74.50.21.183 Port 80

我用ftp登陆74.50.21.183，里面居然不是我原先网站的文件

这到底是怎么个回事呢？

I have looked further into this issue and found that the system automatically pointed the dedicated IP address to the sub-directory of 85021399 which does not have any files in it and that is why you were getting the blank directory view..

If you check it out now you should see the main page that says good!!!.. If there are any other issues please feel free to reply to this message and we will assist you further..

是他们指向错了，现在可以了！不过还有一个问题是，我的这新ip Ftp上不去了呢
