大意：从你的tracert可以看出，你的IP并没有被GΓШ封掉（你是不是以IP被封为理由要求换服务器的。。。。），路由表里显示有一些链接超时，说明链接到你处的路由信息还没有完全更新适应你的网络，这需要几天的时间，请给网络一些时间或者联系当地ISP帮助你。
如果你一段时间后还是有链接问题，链接依然很慢，到时候请再发一次那时的tracert信息给我们，我们会再帮你换服务器。

现在就看你的选择了，你是想立刻就换个其他服务器，还是给网络一点时间适应更新路由表？
如果是前者的话，再回信给他，说明理由。
如果选择后者的话，可以等上几天看看，是不是越来越好。
