我在GODADDY买了 ECONOMY PLAN 3个月+ 独立IP 来玩，发现DEDE的验证玛出不来，又删了装过，好不容易出来了，结果后台无反映。而且有好GODADDY的广告，申请退款了，他发了上面的内容，想知道是什么意思。

意思就是说用支付宝付款的产品，必须所有产品都是可退款的，才能给予退款呵呵
