版主和各位兄弟：
       我要为域名续费。以前我的域名是用礼品卡（在本论坛购买的）支付的。去年还是前年用支付宝为一个域名续费过一次。现在，我想为域名续费，但是总是看不到平时能够看到的支付选项图。看到的只是几行字，其中只有礼品卡可以打开，打开一看就是以前我用过的几张礼品卡的号码。但是，礼品卡现在已经没有钱了。想支付时，总是出现一行如下红字：
There was a problem processing your transaction. Please verify your payment information or use an alternate form of payment.

第一，我不知道这里的提示的准确含义；
第二，这提示，说明我的操作问题究竟在哪里。
