我用网站的自动安装能安装完毕，出现Server Requirement Error: register_globals is disabled in your PHP configuration. This can be enabled in your php.ini configuration file or in the .htaccess file in your catalog directory.我在根目录，admin,install的目录文件下都传了修改后的php.ini文件，但还是这个问题，.htaccess这个文件要怎么设置吗，问主机客服，也光说让我把PHP.INI烤到那三个文件夹，但着不行，请帮帮我
