版主好，5天前办理了域名自国内的中资源转入godaddy，输入了Transaction ID和Security Code，以及来自中资源的转移密码。但是现在域名还没有到达我在godaddy的账户。电话询问中资源客服，该客服说已无需中资源再做任何操作。登录godaddy以后发现转移停顿在第三步，提示如下：Step 3: Accept/Decline
The transfer is waiting for the customer to accept it at the losing registrar. If the customer does not accept the transfer at the losing registrar within 5 days, the transfer will be accepted automatically.
Recommended Action:
The customer should accept the transfer.  
烦请版主帮忙翻译这段话，并代拟一封邮件，询问下域名还没有到达帐户的原因。谢谢。
