Dear, Hostmonster.com Customer

I hope all is well and that you are finding your Hostmonster hosting experience exceeding your
expectations. I have a few bits of news to tell you about and then a great offer that I think you
will like and find value in.

First, as of the 1st of August we have increased our overall bandwidth another 15% and relaxed
some of the FTP caps for transfer speed that we have had in place to control speeds. We continue
to increase our bandwidth usage at an ENORMOUS rate and are doing everything to make sure we
have bandwidth ordered well in advance of when it is actually required so that load/transfer times
can be kept to speed levels that Hostmonster customers have come to expect from us.

Second, as most of you have noticed we are now completely migrated from Cpanel 10 to Cpanel 11
in our backend user management system. This is "mostly" a good thing. The interface is better, but
can still use some improvement in several areas. We are aware of this and are working on it. Also,
because Cpanel 11 is so new there is a high probability that there are some still "unknown/unresolved"
issues that have not been fixed. If you feel that you are having an issue that is Cpanel related please
let one of our level 3 engineers know by calling our toll free number and clearly stating the problem.
They will do their best to fix the problem in-house if possible or make every effort to present the problem
to Cpanel directly to have a fix in place for their next release (Which is very often). Thanks for your
help on this matter.

Lastly, I would like to talk to everyone about the special offer we have with Google that gives you a free
