关于创建新子域名出错

我的BH主机现在有个问题：
主域名可以增加新域名，而另外绑定的一些cn/.com域名都无法创建新子域名，提示：
Error from domain wrapper: We were unable to locate your current domain name, weloen.cn in the webserver configuration! The subdomain cannot be added because information about your domain could not be obtained from the webserver configuration file.
这个事为什么？
还有我想开通SSH，我应该上传什么证件？
