e-mail 中国台灣和中國大陆無法互寄

我寄信到中國大陆的e-mail全部被退了
而中國大陆朋友寄到我的e-mail也全部被退了
這是什麼原因
我寫信去尋問
他給的的訊息是

We will need the full email headers from the emails which were bounced in order to investigate this issue further.
The instructions for extracting e-mail headers from some of the more popular e-mail clients follows. If your e-mail client is not in the list, please let us know what your e-mail client is and we'll provide the necessary instructions.
Outlook Express 4, 5 and 6
Start by opening the message in its own window (or when viewing the message in the preview pane). Then:
1. Click the "File" menu
2. Click "Properties"
3. Click the "Details" tab
4. Click "Message Source"
5. Highlight, copy and paste everything from this window (Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C)
Outlook 98 and 2000
1. Open the message in a separate window (double click)
2. Under the View menu select Options
3. Copy the text in the Internet Headers window (unfortunately it doesn't include the message itself).
4. Paste
5. Close the options window
Eudora
- non-HTML mail:
1. Open the email by double clicking on the subject line. Click the button to reveal the headers.
2. Place your cursor anywhere in the body of the email and select the entire message (Edit/Select All or Ctrl-A)
3. Copy the entire email (right click and click copy OR Ctrl/C OR Edit/Copy)
4. Paste (right click/paste or Ctrl/V).
Eudora
- HTML mail:
1. Open the email and click the button to reveal the headers.
2. Highlight the headers only. Copy and paste the headers.
3. Hit enter twice after the pasted headers to force a blank line after the headers.
4. Back in Eudora window, place your cursor anywhere in the body of the message and right click and click "view source". A new window will open.
5. In the new window, select all (as above) and copy the contents of the new window.
6. Paste.

There might be several possible causes. So let us try them one by one.

1. ISP's sometimes block you from using a different SMTP server than theirs. So you might want to check with your ISP to see if they are perhaps blocking port 25 now. They might have started to do so but not informed you. If this is the case, then you will need to set your outgoing mail server to that of your ISP and you should be fine.

2. You might want to try using "yourdomain" (replace 'yourdomain' with the actual name of your domain without 'mail' in front) as your outgoing mail server to see if that fixes your problem.

3. Which e-mail client are you using? And what are your mail account settings - incoming server, outgoing server, user name etc. and do you have authentication enabled for your outoging server?

4. Do you have a firewall or antivirus software which might be interfering with your mail access? If you do have firewall or antivirus software which software do you have installed?

Mail settings should be as follows:

smtp server: yourdomain.com (replace 'yourdomain' with the actual name of your domain)

pop3/imap server: yourdomain.com (replace 'yourdomain' with the actual name of your domain)

pop3 username: youremailaccount@yourdomain.com (if you have created your own email account in your cpanel) or your cpanel username (does not require the @yourdomain.com)

smtp username: same as your pop3 username.

Please note that smtp authentication must be used on our servers.

Secure Password Authentication (SPA) should not be used.

If your email client has problems using the @ symbol for the username then you can use :, + or % sign instead.

If you are able to receive but not send, it's not uncommon for an ISP to require their customers to use the information they provide for outgoing mail servers.

这个好像和台湾大陆没有什么关系,原因是国内的很多信箱收不到国外的信,国内的很多邮箱也寄不到国外信,后者更严重
