新买的hawkhost，过了两小时了怎么还是“pending“状态啊？

Rt,新买了hawkhost的basic，两小时了还是pending状态，发邮件给support，回复如下：

Hello,

Thanks for your order -- since we review all orders manually for fraud, setup is not instant. That being said, all orders are generally setup within 30 minutes or less so you should have an information email with all of your cPanel, email, FTP, and general account information shortly.

一般要24小时
