This update was added:
Hello Songzhe.

I have set up the throttle policy for your account so you can have a select number of connections at a given time without any issues.  The throttle is set for 50 connections per every 10 seconds.  This should solve the TOS violation.  If in the future the same issue persists, then we will most likely refer you to our VPS plans as they allow for much larger resource use.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

I am glad that we were able to assist in this matter and to rectify the situation quickly for you. I am setting this ticket to resolved; however, you can re-open it at any time if the issue persists, or you can allow it to close automatically after 96 hours.
