==So what is this Affiliate Program?? Do I have to spam people or add a banner
or link on my website? What's the catch?==



No catch! The Affiliate Program is completely free and is basically a referral
program where you earn $65 per referral sent our way. If you have a friend
interested in starting a new site, tell them about Lunarpages and give them
your Affiliate Link, and you've just earned yourself $65. Are you a web
designer? Great! Refer your clients and earn $65 per signup! You never have to
spam anyone -- ever, nor are you required to display Lunarpages on your web
site.



==What's an Affiliate Link and why do I need one?==



An Affiliate Link is simply a link that stores your username in it. For
example, let's say my affiliate username is "xxxxx"; my affiliate link will
end with my username and will be http://www.lunarpages.com/id/xxxx. This
link carries a cookie with it for 120 days and the cookie is unique and
protected to my username so that if anyone purchases web hosting after clicking
on that link, I will automatically receive credit. This is precisely why you
need it 鈥?your affiliate ID keeps track of your sales and commissions
earnings. Otherwise, we'd have no way to know you referred people our way.  If
you refer someone and they phone in their web hosting order, simply ask them to
mention your affiliate ID and you will be credited for the sale.



==How do I login?==



Simple! Go to Lunarpages.com like always. Click on the "XXX" tab and then
"Log in" to login with your Affiliate ID/Username and password. Easy as pie.
Well, not easy as baking a pie, because that's not always easy... But surely as
easy as eating it.



==What is my Affiliate Username and password?==



Follow the steps above for logging in. You should see a "Get Lost Password"
button and a text area above that. Type in your email address and the
information will be mailed to you.



==What do I do once I login?==



Look around! Familiarize yourself with the Affiliate Account Page. The tabs you
see will help you keep track of how many sales you've made for each month and,
if you need greater detail, each day. You can also see, if you click on the
"Overview" tab, where your sales clicked in from so you can see which sites
work best for you. If you're handing out your affiliate link to friends and
family via email or in person, you may oftentimes see "Unknown" as the
Referrer. Also, if you need banners or links created for your website, you can
do that via this login page as well! Simply click on the "Create Your Links"
tab and choose the appropriate option. You can use any of our pre-made banners
or links or create your own easily. Just be sure to use your Affiliate Link to
get your commissions!



==How do I get my money?==



Each account you refer must remain active for 30 days, during our Money Back
Guarantee period. You also need to submit a tax form to us; either a W9 (for US
residents) or a W8-BEN (for international affiliates). After that, we'll send
your payment via US Check during our next immediate pay period.



==I refer people all the time, about 10/month. Do I get anything extra?==



Yes! If you can bring us 10 or more sales/month, please give us a call or email
us and we can discuss incentives.



==I'm so stuck! I have no clue where to begin or how I get $65! Please help!!==
