我之前发了一封电邮给GD客服内容如下:
someone bounded my domain to his hosting,so I can't access to cancel it,then could you help me?

客服的是回复是:
In order to properly support this issue we will need to reveal account specific information. Before we can give out any information on the account, we will need to verify the last 4 digits of a credit card, PayPal Billing Agreement/Account Number, or Support PIN on the account. Payment information on the account can be found under 'My Payment Information' from the ‘My Account’ menu. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

好像要提供帐户信息,请问是域名的还是空间的?

这位客服好像没看懂我的意思

内容如下;

"我的域名之前绑定了一个go daddy空间,我没有这个空间的控制权,也不知道谁有这个空间的控制权.现在我购买了一个新的go daddy空间,但以前的域名绑定不了现在的空间,因为它还在以前的go daddy空间绑定着,你能帮我取消以前的域名绑定吗?"
