Hello,
A dedicated IP is not included in the cost of your hosting. We can provide you
with a dedicated IP for $2.50 per month billable in one lump for the remainder
of your term.
To purchase a dedicated IP online, login to CAP (Customer Account Page) at
https://account.lunarpages.com with your cPanel or Plesk username and
password, then choose the Upgrades / Addons Menu.
You may also reply to this ticket with the information, including the last 4
digits of the credit card on file, and we can upgrade your account.
Note: It may take a few days for the dedicated IP to be assigned. We will
email you at the address on file for your account with the new IP address when
it's assigned.

Since your payment method is Stratocash, can can bill you for the Dedicated IP
and then you will be sent a link which can be used to make the payment.
Once the payment is received we can assign the Dedicated IP.
