我刚买的vds，发现没有管理面板就有下单买了，设置出错，我就取消想重新在添加面板，但发现有得重新购买了，于是发邮件咨询，问他是不是要重新购买，是的话之前买的是不是退款给我，godaddy回复内容如下，请帮忙翻译一下，谢谢！

A refund was requested for the previously setup plesk since it was removed from the server, this process can take 8-10 business days. If you wish to utilize plesk on your server you will need to purchase it again to have it added to your server, when plesk is added to your server it will start a reprovision. A reprovision will erase all content on the server and return it to a ready for use state.

如果想退款需要8-10工作日将会被处理，如果你要重新使用Plesk面板，需要重新购买plesk面板然后添加到服务器上，注意plesk添加后你服务器上后所有目录将会被删除并恢复到初始状态。
