Problem Description: Pend DNS
Troubleshooting Steps: There are a lot of failed events on this account. Nameservers are incorrect. Most of these failed events are SHAREDHOSTING_PLAN_CHANGE. Not sure why there are so many within a short amount of time. Reviewed with lead and Escalating for review.

設置的Nameservers 是錯的，另外大多數的錯誤都是源于SHAREDHOSTING_PLAN_CHANGE（更換主機計劃）
