We deeply apologize for this ongoing situation. At this point we can offer you a server move for your account to permanently solve this issue. Can you please confirm that you agree with it and let us know if we can proceed with it ?

This may require that you update the nameservers for your domain after the move, as the new server may not use the same nameserver set that your account is currently on. This would be done at your registrar *after* we've confirmed that your account has been moved to the new server. Please advise if this is acceptable.

Please let us know if you require any of the following:

ASP - Active Server Pages Support ($2.95/month per domain or subdomain)
JSP - Java Server Pages Support ($4.95/month per domain or subdomain)
mySQL 4.0 or 4.1 or 5.x (Please confirm which you require, new servers are 5.x and all servers are being upgraded to 5.x eventually)
