请求帮忙译两封LP回复邮件(已解决问题)

第一封是让您耐心等待,不要发太多ticket
第二封是说,您想买2个ip,但很抱歉,您的共享主机只能使用1个独立ip

谢谢朋友您的帮助,但是LP又没有正面回答我的问题. http://bbs.idcspy.com/thread-50343-1-1.html 在这里有LP给我的另外两封续费的邮件,我一直不明白的就是下图中,我要续费两年,包含一个独立IP两年,以前LP客服和我说只需要两百多美金,但是下图中他们发给我的却是$399.00美金,相差一千多块钱啊,所以我发了好多邮件询问他们,我到底应该支付多少钱,没有一次他们是正面回答我这个问题的.我只支付了$161.40美金,有人说这个$161.40美金只能用28天,所以我心中着急.我得确确知道我到底应该付多少钱,可每次他们都糊弄了事.我不知道是哪里出了问题.

您有一个独立ip和一个basic plan的账单了,
底下那个可能是您在22号没有及时付款才产生的吧

对于说没有及时付费的问题我是比谁都冤,我从五月份一直发送邮件和他们沟通,让他们给我两年的续费链接,可是一直要拖到六月中才给我付款链接,这一些如果要和他们交涉我还保存有他们的所有邮件.太令我失望了LP

按字面意思是说是更改方案的按比例付款
你还是发邮件问问LP客服这是什么费用,还有你账户是不是被暂停了?

是的,我的帐户曾经被他们暂停了,在我付了$161.40美金后他们又给开通了,但是客服邮箱现在拒收我的邮件了.

你账户为什么被暂停?你是用什么邮箱发的邮件?
