Hello,

You are receiving this message because your ticket is currently placed under our billing queue. As such, we have been giving top priority to tickets related to getting as many people up and running as we could during next week (support and portion of sales cases related to the same issue).

As we are slowly but surely getting all operations back to normal (we do expect to be fully back by the end of this week), we are starting to take care of billing inquiries as well. Our estimation to get this covered, is approximately over the next 72 hours, since majority of our team is still working on technical queries, and provisioning of new servers. Having said this, if you have placed a billing inquiry kindly be patient and we will surely get on to your issue. There is no point of bumping and posting multiple tickets, since we will be starting from oldest tickets and will be making our way ahead.

In case you have an overdue invoice do not worry - your service will not be suspended this time and if you placed a ticket in we will get in touch with you.

If you have an urgent, non billing issue, please contact support@fsckvps.com and we will get back to you on the earliest convenience!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank to all our customers for showing tremendous amount of patience and understanding during quite difficult period for us. While the recent situation tends to carry a very bitter taste, it also reminded us how great our customers are - yes indeed! Many of you touched us by jumping in and offering an assistance in many ways, while others were very patient and full of understanding. Despite the fact that our team worked tirelessly, we would not have managed to carry this out without you folks. We appreciate this and do hope to be completely back in business shortly. We'll be issuing further updates and announcements on various topics as time permits.
