我申请了LP退款，他们的回信，不确定说什么。帮看看

We are sorry to see you go but understand that communication can be a problem. I unfortunately do not have the necessary clearance to issue you a refund so I will have to transfer you to billing to proceed.

是不是说明已经在办理退款了
我的空间是到这个月的16号为一个月现在还没有办理成功他们会不会拖到16号以后，就不给我办退款了？？
