lp购买独立IP收到这信该怎么回复？照论坛的范文提交了ticket，收到下面的邮件，该怎么回复，英文好差，谢谢各位啦~

Hello, A dedicated IP is not included in the cost of your hosting. We can provide you with a dedicated IP for $2.95 per month billable in one lump for the remainder of your term. To purchase a dedicated IP online, login to CAP (Customer Account Page) at https://account.lunarpages.com with your cPanel or Plesk username and password, then choose the Upgrades / Addons Menu. You may also reply to this ticket with the information, including the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, and we can upgrade your account. Note: It may take a few days for the dedicated IP to be assigned. We will email you at the address on file for your account with the new IP address when it's assigned. I hope this is helpful. 恩那是用支票或信用卡的
还有一种方式，就是回复那个ticket，写上信用卡号和扫描件

如果不用信用卡，您回复问问他们怎么买
比如paypal: Hello, how can I purchase dedicated IP through the paypal?

谢谢版主，我购买主机是用国内银行卡的，买独立IP可不可以也用这方式？论坛找了些贴子，LP应该回我个带支付链接的邮件，我可以通过这个链接用国内银行卡支付购买IP。可能我表达的实在是太烂了，顺便请教下版主，paypal好申请吗？
