旧空间已退款，新买的空间无法绑定域名（已解决问题）

(买的是GD空间)

因为原来用的空间退款了，现在又新买了一款主机，登陆控制面板后发现原来旧的主机还是显示“待删除”中的状态，但原来上面所绑过的域名，现在新空间上无法再绑定了，请问我该如何向他们说明，把原来的的旧主机尽快删除掉，好让我新空间能绑定域名呀，真是急人呀！

问题是过期作废的主机到现在已快有一个月的时间了还没删除呀，能麻烦大卡车帮我起一份催促信吗？

I have canceled and refunded a hosting of mine months ago, but it still showed "pending". For now, I was purchased a new hosting from you, and I cannot park my domain into my new hosting, because this domain has been used in the old hosting,.so I want to ask you to help me to delete my old hosting as soon as possible so that I can do for it. thanks.
