已收到确认信后的问题

很顺利的拿到了ＩＰ，并没有要求我通过电话验证等等．我也把ＮＯＷ．ＣＮ时代互联的域名解析服务器地址改成ＨＧ的了．
问题是：当我试着使用ＦＴＰ软件上传文件的时候，总是显示：

总连不上．大家知道什么原因吗
