My name is Ryan Nelson and I am a System Administrator at Ix Webhosting. Your account or a portion of it has caused an overload by performing a denial of service attack to an outside IP address. As you are on a shared hosting environment, we must maintain certain levels of performance for all customers on the server. This is monitored by us and we send these notifications out when we notice that a certain account is causing a load on the server degrading performance for everyone else.

We do not believe this was intentional but until this issue is resolved your account will have to remain disabled. We recommend to check all files, make sure all software is up to date and to scan any machines that have access to your account.
