Thank you for your reply. I've checked alert history list regarding your web and database servers but found no any recent records about their downtime or slowness. We have also checked some of Baidu IP addresses (119.63.195.254, 123.125.66.120) and found no records about blocking them. I've also checked transfer logs for few your domains and found connections from *.baidu.com, so it actually crawls your websites. If you are having any problems with the Baidu spider please contact Baidu support directly regarding reasons of this issue. I regret but this problem cannot be fixed from our side, since we have set nothing which could possibly block this spider. You may also refer to the following link http://www.baidu.com/search/spider.htm regarding examples of necessary robots.txt configuration.
