Our records show you have a php.ini file on your hosting. Please note that if you are running PHP 5.x, you will need to use a php5.ini file instead of a php.ini.

To further investigate the Unarchive error, please provide the file name(s) and a step by step detail of what steps you have followed to arrive at the error being experienced. If possible, please include a screen shot of when and where the error is occurring. In addition, it may be necessary to release account specific information in our response.  For security reasons, we cannot release customer specific account information without first verifying the account.  If you have not done so already, include the last four digits of a payment method on file or your four-digit Call-in PIN with your reply. Once we have this requested information, we will be able to further investigate and resolve this matter.

我觉得客服从来没能真正解决过技术问题 都是官腔回答

不是吧?还要自己搞截屏给客服?搞了,没有修改目录的权限(更改了还是显示一样的权限),都是只读权限!
