godaddy亚太空间换成美国空间后的差价

各位大虾，我今天上午买了GODADDY的经济型的空间，价格很便宜，好像是在搞活动，24个月的，每月3.59美元，合计86块多美元，然后不知道怎么回事还有折扣，打下来又买了个1.99的域名，总共也就是66块多美元，合计人民币426块。
但是买了才发现，买的是AP亚太数据中心的空间，速度不是很稳定，总体比较慢的。
所以我想换成美国空间，发了邮件给客服，客服回了邮件，这个应该是个统一格式的：
Dear 某某同志,
Thank you for contacting Online Support.

It appears that you are having an issue with the speed of your hosting plan.

In order to have your hosting in a specific region, please process the order through one of our representatives.  When you have your new hosting account purchased, please cancel the hosting and let us know so we can move the remaining time to the new hosting account.

Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.
To Cancel Your Hosting Account:

   1. Log in to your Account Manager.
   2. From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
   3. Click the domain name you want to use.
   4. Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.
   5. Click Cancel Account.

NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to be available for use again after you cancel your hosting account.


To Purchase a Region Specific Hosting Account:
Please reply with this information:

- All of the items you are trying to purchase.
- The last four digits of the payment method on file that you would like to use, along with the 4 digit PIN for the account.
- Agreement to the full amount, please include the full amount in your response in US dollars.
- Acknowledgment that you have read and agree to the Universal Terms of service.
- Which region you would like for your hosting.

没怎么理解，大概的感觉是把亚太的删了，买个美国的空间，然后把亚太剩余的时间算到美国空间。
但是我有几个疑问要问各位大虾：
1，很多帖子说买个美国空间一个月的就行了，但是经济型没有一个月的，只有豪华版和终极版有一个月的，那么我买豪华版的一个月的话，GODADDY应该不会傻到就这么免费给我升级了吧？我应该买什么比较划算？三个月的经济型现在差不多总共要22美元了，太贵了，我买两年加域名也就66。
2，我当时买的时候好像是活动期，价格非常便宜，但是现在又贵了，那我现在如果成功换成美国空间了，是不是要补差价？

1 需要你购买经济型的主机才可以，你可以购买3个月的，或者直接联系客服让他们帮你添加一个月的经济型主机订单上去
2 不会的，还是会给你加上未使用的天数

非常感谢版主lwbo1987，回答这么清晰明了。因为我英文不好，全靠GOOGLE傻瓜式翻译，所以想确认一下，现在我要做的步骤是不是这样？
1，请客服帮我加一个一个月经济型的美国数据中心的订单；
2，购买这个订单；
3，删除原来的亚太空间；（不需要删除域名吧？）
4，邮件给客服；
5，等待。
是这样吗？
其中第4步，邮件给客服，是不是要包含以下内容：
- All of the items you are trying to purchase.
- The last four digits of the payment method on file that you would like to use, along with the 4 digit PIN for the account.
- Agreement to the full amount, please include the full amount in your response in US dollars.
- Acknowledgment that you have read and agree to the Universal Terms of service.

域名不需要删除，要求godaddy客服给你添加美国的空间一个月，然后你自己付款就可以了，最后删除亚太空间联系客服说明情况
