前提是我给一个backorder 用支付宝付款,支付宝付款成功,但是我帐号信息里面什么都没有。

Thank you for contacting Online Support.  Based on the information provided, you have a concern about a recent refund request.  In order to research this issue further, we ask that you reply back with your 4-Digit Support PIN.

Please use the instructions below to locate the 4-digit Support PIN for your account and include the PIN in your reply.

You may also modify this setting using these instructions:

Select 'Account Settings' from the My Account menu.

Click on the 'Account Security Information' link.

Confirm your email address in the Confirm Email field.

Enter in your password in the Current Password field.

In the space marked Call-in PIN, enter a 4-digit number that you will supply to our Customer Service or Technical Support Representatives in order to verify your identity and customer account.

When you are done, click on the green 'Save Changes' button.


Note: Modifying your PIN is optional. For verification purposes we will require that you provide the PIN in your reply.

If your order was unsuccessful, the refund will automatically be applied.  It may take 5-7 days for these funds to be applied back to your payment method used for the original purchase attempt.

Dear,

Thank you for your reply. When using Alipay it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to be verified. During this time frame the item(s) will remain in your shopping cart, do not modify your shopping cart during this time frame as this may result in the order being rejected.

To clarify, when you initially make your payment Alipay:

1. Collects the funds from you.
2. Verifies these funds.
3. Then submits them to us.

If the amounts fail to match or the contents of the cart have been modified, the order will be denied.

At this point in time Alipay has in fact collected the funds and will show that we have been paid, however we may have denied the order. If so, Alipay will then credit the funds back to you. This could appear as though we were paid when we have actually denied the transaction and did not collect the funds.

Since the purchase occurred more than 24 hours ago, you should contact Alipay to see if they have denied this transaction and if so they will be processing a refund.

以第三封为主 他的意思是请您咨询一下支付宝看看是不是他们那边禁止了交易,让他们退款给您
因为他们并没有收到款项。
