我买了两个SSL证书和两个主机，现在，其中一台主机已经成功安装上SSL证书
但另一台主机，在“Hosting contorl center”中点击Credit Available并选择我购买的另一个SSL证书后，现在显示“Purchase SSL Certificate”的链接，是不是说我没有证书的意思？可我明明买了两个SSL证书，才用掉一个
另外，我在My Products 里点击SSL Certificates后，也没有 Use Credit 的链接选项了

Hello,

I've purchased two SSL certificates and two hostings.
Now, one of them has been set up a SSL certificate successfully.
But the other one was still shown 'Purchase SSL Certificate' after I clicked Credit Available and chose my second SSL certificate in Hosting contorl center. Why was that?

Thank you for contacting Online Support.

Our records indicate that of your two SSL Certificates, one is setup and the other is still awaiting setup. You can setup the unused certificate without having to purchase another one, by using the following instructions:


In order to request an SSL certificate, you must submit a certificate request to our Certification Authority (CA) partner, which authenticates the identity of your business and/or your domain control before issuing a signed certificate.


The first step toward obtaining an SSL certificate for your Web site is to decide which certificate type best suits your needs and then purchase the applicable SSL certificate credit. Once you have purchased your certificate, you may start the certificate request process.


Note: You must request your SSL certificate within one year of purchasing an SSL certificate credit. If you fail to do so, the certificate credit will expire.

To Request Your SSL Certificate


1.Log in to your Account Manager.
2.In the My Products section, select SSL Certificates.
3.Click Use Credit for the specific credit you want to activate, or skip to step 6.
4.On the right, click Continue.
5.In your browser window, click Refresh. The screen refreshes and your new credit is identified as New Certificate.
6.To the right, click Manage certificate.
7.If you already have a certificate-management account, a new screen appears where you can select the credit you wish to use.
8.If you do not have a certificate-management account, you need to create one.

If you choose the option on the left, you do not have to add a new user name and password. If you choose the option on the right, you will have to maintain a separate user name and password to manage your SSL account.
You must agree to the Subscriber Agreement.
In the new screen that appears, select the credit you wish to use.

9.Indicate whether the domain you are requesting the certificate for is hosted with us or with another hosting provider.
NOTE: If your domain is hosted with us, we will generate and submit your Certificate Signing Request (CSR) to the certificate authority and install the signed certificate on your site. If you are hosting elsewhere, you must perform those tasks yourself.

10.If you host your domain with us, select the applicable hosting account from the drop-down list.
11.Click Set up Secure Certificate.
12.Follow the instructions on the site to submit your request.

按照你们给的步骤做到第7步就无法进行下去了，进入“Secure Certificate Services”界面后，只在“Manage SSL Certificates”一栏显示有我之前已经安装好的那个SSL证书，而右侧并没有新的证书可供选择，这就是问题之所在

I couldn't proceed till the seventh steps as when I logined to the Secure Certificate Services section but there just has a Manage SSL Certificates option and I couldn't find a new Certificate, How can I do that? Thanks
