请帮我翻译下LP两封信(已解决问题)

    Hello,

    We understand you cannot speak well English and we will try to help you as clear as we can.

    I apologize for that line that was sent to you by mistake by my colleague and it was sent because of the large number of lines from the email. We need to be sure your account isn't a thread for other accounts on the server and it's not affecting other customers on the same shared server. In order for this to work I suggest you enable HotLink Protection from cPanel for all your domains and to ensure that this issue won't happen again.

    Please reply back to us when done so we can change the domain back to the shared IP and everything to be back to normal. I hope this helps.

    If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask us, we will be happy to answer them. Please feel free to contact us for further help.

我們非常抱歉關於那各短函(lines),就是我的同事向您發送了一個錯誤信息,事出有因,因爲該發送的類似信息太多了。同時我們需要您確定您的帳戶沒有給其他帳戶綫程(盜鏈的意思),並且沒有把服務器合租其他人。爲了方便查證,我們也建議您開啓cp面板中的HotLink,這個功能可以確定是否有盜鏈產生的大規模資源佔用。
完成后請回復我們,然後我們才能給您重置域名到您的ip然後其它一切會正常


第二封:這是技術部門的回復,
我們已經檢查了您的帳戶,目前已處於正常限制之下。請接受我們的道歉。我已經創建了一個紀錄在您的帳戶,然後您以後再也不用再為這個bug煩惱了。

正常限制之下 是什么意思 是现在我的帐户问题已经解决了么?

1.请问您下 他们这样说 是否是 说我的空间他们已经解决了把我域名解析从127.0.0.1恢复正常了 ?
2.但是 那个服务器的IP是被中国封了的 IP还没给我换! 空间还是不能访问。

我想问他们 是否把我的问题处理完了。如果处理完了 但是服务器IP还是没给换。请他们给我换IP

應該是最先您就沒和他們說清楚
