请问收到Godaddy的回复后还需要再回复（已解決問題）

我发过去的信件内容：

(1)在Godaddy购买了新的主机，要绑定域名，但是不可以绑定，因为旧主机已经过期了，不能解除之前绑定在旧主机上的域名，想联系客服帮我解除绑定。

Thank you for contacting Online Support. Based on the information you've provided it appears you have a question about canceling your expired hosting plan.
Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.


To Cancel Your Hosting Account:



Log in to your Account Manager.

From the My Products section, click Web Hosting.

Click on the name of the account you want to cancel.

Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.

Click Cancel Account.




我按照他们的要求把过期的主机取消了，但是新主机依然还无法绑定之前的域名。不知是否还需要回复他们什么内容？
