VDS因带宽超出，被删除服务器，我该怎么办！！！

我2011年6月25号续费购买的VDS，给了一年的钱，9月中因带宽超出，服务器被删掉了？我问什么原因，他们回答是3次发邮件告知带宽超出，所以就把我服务器删除，这是什么理论啊，他们VDS是有规定带宽，每月1000GB，即使我超出了，他们可以停我的网站，下个月再开，为什么删除呢？有没有高人告诉我一下为什么？我该怎么和他们说，他们好像不能给我恢复网站了，我的网站数据都没有了，还有我交了一年的钱，才过去3个月，怎么要回剩下的钱，谢谢！！！

I understand your concern with the details of your Virtual Dedicated Server. Upon further review it appears we had sent you notifications about having to pay for bursted bandwidth overages. As we were unable to process the amount owed to us with the payment method on the account, after three attempts the server was canceled.

联系客服问问能否退款看看，只能慢慢和godaddy客服沟通，一般删除的话可以恢复的，就是要花钱才可以恢复

We would be unable to recover the content of your website, as our systems does not keep any backups for Virtual Dedicated Servers. We appologize for this inconveniance, however we did attempt to contact you multiple times before the cancellation of the service. We do realize that you did have unused time left on the server and we have completed a request for a refund to be applied to your account. All refund requests must be reviewed for final approval by our billing department. Please allow up to 48 hours for the request to be processed and for the refunded receipt to appear in the Order History of your account. If it is not approved, you will receive a denial notification at which time you can respond to this email for further review. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation of the refund.

Once the refunded receipt appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund to the original payment method for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
