网站被挂起，不知如何解决，求指点

今早发现网站被挂起，收到邮件：Your web hosting account has been deactivated(reason: site causing performance problems)。
好吧，郁闷地立即联系客服，回复原因如下：
This hosting account has been suspended because it was causing performance issues on the server. The issue is your account is pounding the box with converting images. You need to stagger these, or convert them before they are uploaded. They are causing huge IO problems on the server with how you are doing it now.
You will need to correct your script to as I mentioned earlier (either staggering the processes, or converting before they are uploaded).
但我确实不知道如何correct the script。。。。。。

2010 March开始用bluehost，图片也不是很大啊，今天才出现这个情况是不是被人搞了？？？
请各位帮忙解决，不胜感激！！！

第一时间问了啊，上面帖子就有客服的回复，让我改脚本，我不知怎么处理啊。
查了一下，发现111.13.8.XX(不定）这个IP昨天不停地耍我网站。

占用资源过多，给你的建议是要么分开时间处理图片，要么在本地处理好再上传
你的是什么程序，可能是生成缩略图之类的占用了太多的资源

是被某个北京IP猛刷，告诉客服了，当时就帮我恢复了，但是以后还有类似情况的话还会被自动挂起。
第一时间block了那些可疑的IP!!
