麻烦帮忙翻译一下

我现在遇到的问题是：
我的godaddy 的150G linxu空间现在不能用ftp工具登录了，确定用户名和密码都没有变，而且我当时正在上传东西时突然提示530错误，实在不行了，我选择修改密码和添加FTP用户，但是从昨天到现在一直处于Pending change状态。ftp工具登录提示:
530 Login authentication failed
错误:        严重错误
错误:        无法连接到服务器

用godaddy控制面板的FTP File Manager却没有问题，请问怎么解决？

麻烦好心朋友们帮忙翻译一下，我和godaddy的客服反映这个情况

Hello!
      It suddenly appeared 503 error when I used FTP tool upload files yesterday, therefore,I decided to changed the password and added a new user of FTP,but it has been "pending change" state for two days.It notes "530 Login authentication failed" error now when I login into FTP,but it is normal when I use "FTP File Manager" of Godaddy control panel.What should I do to resolve it?thanks a lot!
