Lunarpages 的VPS怎么设置啊

升级到Lunarpages 的VPS，他们给开通了，可是进入cPanel发现和原来的迥然不同。

FTP连上是这样的目录，也是一头雾水：

请教各位
DNS设置在哪里，
我注册的那个域名（帐号）为什么还不能登陆
怎么添加其它域名、建站
上传文件要传到哪个目录下
先谢了！

In order to have your domain name served of this newly setup VPS, please consider registering your private nameservers at https://manage.opensrs.net and setting these as your actual NS records, after having uploaded your web content. Please note that it might take upto 72hours for a complete DNS redelegation. Please let us know if you experience any issues or if you have any questions or concerns.

这里说什么啊，为什么还要到https://manage.opensrs.net 注册，搞不懂
