Thank you for taking time to contact Online Support.  It appears that you have recently updated the nameservers for your domain.  Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for your domain to sync with your hosting account once this has been done.  If you are still unable to connect to your site after 48 hours with your domain, please let us know so that we can look into this further.

At this time I am able to go to http://72.167.25.2 and it appears that this dedicated IP address is functioning properly.  

If you do continue to have issues, we will need your validation.  In order to reveal account sensitive material we will need you to validate as the account holder.  You may validate by providing your four digit call in pin, the last four of any credit card on file in your account or the last four of your Paypal order ID.

Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.

同时,我可以登录到独立IPhttp://72.167.25.2。看起来这个独立IP工作正常
如果你依然有这个问题,我们需要你进行身份认证。为了正好安全我们需要你证明你是帐号的持有者。你可以通过提供4位数字密码(这里应该指的是注册时的那个4位保全密码)或你信用卡的后四位或你支付时的PAYPAL的订单号的后4位
