主机依旧得不到退款.

是这样的,我购买的VDS主机,已经半年了,但是我是月付的,每当遇到30%优惠码的时候我就会续费.最后一次续费是这样的,我的VDS主机到期时间是8.28,我用优惠码在7.18的时候把它续费到了9.28.

最近几天我删除了我的主机,要求退款,但是他们的客服回复说主机是在7.18续费的,续费周期为一个月,也就是8.18主机到期,然后拒绝退款,我现在应该怎么办,主机已经删除应该就没办法查看到期日期了,难道它们也看不到到期日期么,就根据最后一次订单的时间和续费周期来确定么?这样是不是有点不公平?

我想用英语表达下面的意思:

3. 我的主机虽然是月付的,但是我经常在主机没有到期的时候对他进行续费,最后一次续费的时候是七月十八号,那时候主机的到期日期是八月二十八,所以我续费之后,到期日期就是九月二十八了,而不是从七月十八续费到八月十八.你们可以查实一下我那台的主机记录,或者我的所有订单记录,仔细查找你会发现他确实是续费到九月二十八的,麻烦你们仔细查一下,谢谢.

       Although my host is the monthly payment,but I usually renewal host before it is expired.The last of the renewal time was on July 18,and the expired time is August 28 at that time,therefore,The due date is September 28 after I renewaled it,not from 18 July to August 18.You can check the record of my host or all of my order record, you will find the due time indeed is September 28 after check it carefully.Could you help me to check it?thanks a lot!
