Dear Sir/Madam, Regarding your hosting account xx.gov.cn
The xx.gov.cn hosting account has been suspended for violating Section 3 "Your Obligations" of Go Daddy's “Web Site and Virtual Dedicated Server Service Agreement.”
The relevant passage of this agreement has been provided below:
"Go Daddy prohibits the use of software or scripts run on its servers that cause the server to load beyond a reasonable level, as determined by Go Daddy. You agree Go Daddy reserves the right to remove Your web site temporarily or permanently from its servers if Go Daddy is the recipient of activities that threaten the stability of its network."Go Daddy's "Web Site and Virtual Dedicated Server Service Agreement" is located at the following URL: https://www.godaddy.com/agreements/ShowDoc.aspx?pageid=HOSTING_SA
The administrators of Go Daddy’s Hosting Operations Center discovered that your hosting account caused an overload of shared resources for the server that it resides on. This overload threatened the health of the server and, in turn, threatened the connectivity of other web sites housed on this server. This is, of course, unacceptable. Go Daddy had no choice but to take immediate action to protect our network and to prevent the possibility of a service interruption for other customers. Your services were suspended as a result.
After detecting this problem Go Daddy's hosting administrators requested that Go Daddy's Advanced Hosting Support team notify you of the suspension and request that you resolve the underlying issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to troubleshoot custom scripting, and therefore, unable to provide a specific solution to you. However the following files were the most frequently accessed files on your site, and should be the starting point for further troubleshooting on your end.
Customer's site was found using up to 50% of all available CPU resources on the server during an investigation. The main source of load appears to be constant read and write to the Access database labeled soooo.asp within the customer's /blog/data folder. We have halted the customer site and processed a migration to a new server due to this utilization. The site has been stopped until the migration completes.
FTP access to your site has remained enabled to allow you to begin your investigation. Keep in mind, the above files may not be the root cause of this issue, as the owner of this site it is incumbent upon you to determine what is wrong and how to best resolve this situation.
After you have resolved this issue, your services can be reactivated by responding to this notice with the following:
1. A statement that you have reviewed and agree to abide by the terms of the "Web Site and Virtual Dedicated Server Service Agreement," and
2. A detailed description of the steps you have taken to resolve and/or correct this issue, and
3. A statement that you agree to configure your site in such a way as to ensure that there is not a re-occurrence of this issue at any point in the future.
After we receive your reply with these statements we will contact Go Daddy’s hosting administrators, provide them with your solution, and request that they re-investigate the issue. If they approve your proposed solution, we will reactivate your site. (We reserve the right to suspend the site again should its reactivation result in a repeat occurrence of the problem.)
