On our recent monitoring of the server your account is located on, we noticed that your 1234567890 folder was receiving a huge amount of hits from different IP addresses. As this was causing multiple processes to be spawned and endangering the server's stability, we were forced to disable the specified folder.

Please tell us what steps are you going to take regarding this matter before we can provide you ownership of your folder back to you.

"1234567890"這個文件夾已被他們禁止了, 原因是太多不正確的IP同時連接或流量過大所引致.
你要向他們交代一下你會採取什麼行動不再令情況再次發生 ( 他們要的是一個交代 ), 然後文件夾才會重新開放.
那麼你把你的回覆的翻譯內容打上來, 我們幫你翻.

我公司将多购买一个主机或服务器做分站，来减少目前单个网站流量过大而引起的问题，保证以后的日子里不会发现目前占有资源太大的问题，希望他们能开放‘1234567890’文件夹的网站访问权限和FTP上传权限。

As for this matter, my company is  purchasing another hosting or server as a sub webhosting in order to solve the issue caused by the huge traffic.

It would be very appreciated if you could restore a.s.a.p. the operating right of this fold to me.
