Products purchased with Alipay may not be available for up to 24 hours while Alipay confirms that the funds have been received. A receipt does not display in the account until the products are available in the account. Please keep all items in the shopping cart. Alipay will need to verify the amount in the shopping cart and making changes at this time will cause the order to fail. It appears the process could not complete because the shopping cart had been changed or updated per the email notice you received. You will need to contact Alipay for more information with the refund. Refunds processed via Alipay can take up to 7-10 business days to process. Sorry for any inconvenience.

中国的客服都是垃圾啦，paypal的话肯定第一时间就给你退款了。
美国的支付都是倾向于消费者的，只要消费者退款就给退，至于商家那边，一般就是吃亏了。
