Go Daddy's Abuse Department has received notice that your customer accounts may currently be operating in a manner that violates Go Daddy's terms of service.
Malware abuse is addressed within the Domain Name Registration Agreement and the UTOS

The relevant portion of the agreement reads as follows:

The relevant portion of the agreement reads as follows: You acknowledge and agree that:

       You will not use this Site or the Services found at this Site in a manner (as determined by Go Daddy in its sole and absolute discretion) that:
           Contains or installs any viruses, worms, bugs, Trojan horses or other code, files or programs designed to, or capable of, disrupting, damaging or limiting the functionality of any software or hardware; or
The above passage is located within Section 4 of the "Universal Term Of Service Agreement".

Because of this violation the domain name(s) and/or website(s) cannot remain at GoDaddy.
The following option is presented to you and is Non negotiable: Transfer the domain names and services to another registrar.
Go Daddy will reactivate your domain name to allow you to transfer to another registrar. You will need to provide the following in your reply:

1. A statement that you will initiate the transfer of your domain name(s) to a new registrar within the next 24 hours.


2. Authorization for GoDaddy.com to charge a $75 per domain administrative fee to the credit card on file for your account (again, you may want to log into your Go Daddy account and confirm that the card on file is valid and has not expired).

The organization that regulates domain name registrars, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (aka ICANN), has mandated that newly registered domain names cannot be transferred during the first 60 days of their registration period. This requirement was put in place by ICANN to prevent fraudulent transfers and cannot be bypassed or waived for any reason. If your domain name was registered less than 60 days ago you will not be able to transfer it to another registrar. this domain name must be suspended until this 60 day period expires.


Any Go Daddy customer that violates Go Daddy's abuse policies must choose one of these options if they wish to resolve the situation. Your issue is particularly troubling due to the possibility that other Go Daddy customers could have been affected. These options are not negotiable. The fees cannot be reduced or waived.
